Curious about learning to shoot a pistol but not ready for a full certification course? This women-only workshop is the perfect place to start.

Based on the NRA Women on Target® program, this 4½-hour class is designed for women of all experience levels—from complete beginners to those looking to build confidence and improve their pistol skills in a comfortable, supportive environment.

This is an educational, hands-on workshop covering:

  • Safe pistol handling

  • Firearm safety fundamentals

  • Basic marksmanship

  • Loading and unloading

  • Shooting techniques

  • Safe storage and responsible firearm ownership

Unlike the NRA Basic Pistol course, there is no written exam and no shooting qualification. Simply participate, learn, and enjoy the experience.

No firearm or prior experience is required. We provide everything you'll need:

  • Pistols

  • Ammunition

  • Eye and ear protection

  • Training materials

  • Light refreshments

Our goal is simple: to help you develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely handle and shoot a pistol in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
