NRA Basic Pistol Group

$200 per student

This full-day course introduces new shooters to the safe and responsible use of a pistol. Students will learn essential firearm safety rules, proper handling techniques, pistol parts and operation, safe storage practices, and the fundamentals of marksmanship.

The morning session focuses on classroom instruction covering safety, equipment, and shooting fundamentals. In the afternoon, students will move to the range for supervised live-fire training where they will apply what they’ve learned in a safe and structured environment.

This course is ideal for first-time shooters, new firearm owners, or anyone looking to build a strong foundation in pistol safety and shooting skills.

Class Schedule:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Morning classroom instruction followed by afternoon live-fire range training.


NRA Basic Pistol Private Group Class

$250 per student for a group of 4

$200 per student for a group of 6

This private version of the NRA Basic Pistol course provides the same full-day instruction in a more personalized setting. Students receive focused coaching and the ability to learn at their own pace while covering all the same safety fundamentals, pistol operation, and marksmanship techniques taught in the standard NRA course.

The day begins with classroom instruction covering firearm safety, pistol parts and operation, ammunition basics, safe storage, and shooting fundamentals. In the afternoon, students move to the range for supervised live-fire training where they will apply what they’ve learned.

Private sessions allow for more individualized instruction and are ideal for couples, families, or small groups who prefer a quieter learning environment.
